基本情况：

江苏省计量测试技术研究所是国家依法设置的法定计量检定机构和计量器具、微机产品质量监督检验机构。主要任务是负责全省量值统一，研究和建立工作基准和社会公用计量标准，进行量值传递，执行强制检定和其它计量检定工作，开展计量校准；承担计量器具新产品定型鉴定和样机试验任务；承担计量器具产品质量监督检验和进口计量器具检定任务；承担微机产品质量监督检验和电磁兼容检测任务；承担国家级和省级科技成果检测鉴定任务。

本所的管理和运行符合ISO/IEC 17025:1999《检测和校准实验室能力的通用要求》，并获准中国实验室国家认可委员会（CNAL）的认可，出具的校准证书和检测报告将得到美国、日本、澳大利亚、韩国、中国台湾和香港等亚太实验室认可合作组织(APLAC)成员的多边承认。

Introduction:

Jingsu Institute of Measurement ＆ Testing Technology is a legal organization of measuring verification and supervision for quality of measurement instruments and computers .The major task is in charge of unitizing the measuring value around Jingsu province,Researching and establishing worhing primary standard of measurement and social public standard of quantity,carrying out compulsory verification and measuring verification or calibration,bearing the pattern evaluation for new products of measuring instruments and prototype tesing,undertaking the inspection and supervision for measuring instruments and the verification of imported measuring and instruments,bearing the inspection and supevision fon computer products and testing for electuomagnetic compatibility,carrying out verification and evaluation fon national-level and provincial-level sciencn and technology achievements.

The institute is managing and practicing with the relevant requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:1999(General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories),and accredited by China National Accreditation Committee Lsboratory(CNAL).The certificates of calibradtion and testing produced by the institute will be admitted by the members of the Asia-Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Coopertion(APLAC),such as the USA,Australia,Korea,China Taiwan and Hong Kong.
